Stocks Close Mostly Lower Due to Stimulus Uncertainty

Stocks closed mostly lower Thursday as hopes continue to fade on a stimulus deal before the November 3 election. Dan Geltrude, Managing Partner at Geltrude & Company, says he doesn't see how a relief package is agreed upon before the election because top lawmakers remain apart on talks. Geltrude also says it is important to look at the economic policies of both candidates - not their personalities - as we approach the election.
