Stocks closed near session lows Tuesday after a recent market bounce started to lose steam. Investors had been keeping an eye on a couple of things, including the Consumer Confidence Index, which fell to a reading of 98.7, down from 103.2 in May. Investors also continue to weigh fears of a recession, which have increased as the Federal Reserve raises rates. Jim Lacamp, Senior VP of Investments at Morgan Stanley, joins Closing Bell to discuss today's close, whether and when we will see a rally sometime this year, why it's still important to keep an eye on the energy sector, and more.
