Thanksgiving is one of the biggest food consumption holidays in the U.S. but not everyone is up for eating from the standard menu. Toni Okamoto, founder of Plant-Based on A Budget, joined 'Stretching Your Dollar' to talk about how to include delicious vegan options for your big feast.
