A survey conducted by the journal Nature found scientists have mixed feelings about a 1600 researchers around the world offered their insight and more than half expected A I tools to be very important or essential to their work. While two thirds said AI provides faster ways to process data. While 55% said it saves scientists time and money. There were also concerns though 69% of the researchers said A I tools can lead to more reliance on pattern recognition without understanding. And 55% thought that A I tools could make fraud easier.
