Suspect Charged With Killing of Tupac Shakur to be Arraigned

The suspect accused of orchestrating the killing of iconic rapper Tupac Shakur is set to be arraigned today on a murder charge. Dwayne Keith Davis is expected to plead not guilty to murder with use of a deadly weapon. Davis appeared in court for the first time two weeks ago. He was indicted last month in connection to the rapper's death following a decades long investigation into the killing. Shakur was in Las Vegas in September of 1996 to watch a boxing match organized by Davis and his nephew Orlando Anderson who fired a gun at Shako in a drive by shooting. The rapper later died at the hospital.
