Federal authorities have announced that a suspect in the 2019 massacre of nine US. Citizens in northern Mexico has been arrested in Albuquerque. The US Marshal Service said suspect Ivan Gustavo Hernandez Cabral was arrested Monday and is awaiting extradition to Mexico in connection to these killings. This comes after border patrol found him illegally crossing the US Mexico border in July in November of 2019. 3 women and six Children with dual Mexican and US citizenship were killed when cartel gunmen opened fire on their vehicles. The group had accidentally driven through an area where rival gangs exchanged gunfire earlier that day.
