All right. Well, Baltimore police are searching for the suspect in the killing of just a 26 year old tech entrepreneur Pa Lapa. The founder of eco map technologies was found dead by police Monday at an apartment complex. The Baltimore Police department is named 32 year old Baltimore resident Jason Dean Billing is the suspect and issued an arrest warrant for first degree murder, assault, and other charges. He was convicted in 2015 on a sex offense charge released in 2022. But police say Billingsley is believed to be armed and dangerous and they do urge anyone with information to contact the police.
