Texas Abortion Law Upheld, Some GOP States Look To Mimic Law

A Texas law banning most abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy has officially gone into effect. Several advocates have said that the law goes against the 1973 Supreme Court decision that established a constitutional right to the abortion procedure.
