Sanitizing surfaces and objects has been the name of the game during the pandemic. But now many experts, including those at the CDC, are saying those actions did not help us in the fight against the coronavirus. In fact, excessive cleaning can be harmful to our health and induce anxiety and other mental health concerns. Cheddar On-Demand video producer Christine Beldon and Cheddar News' Michelle Castillo teamed up to learn more.
