After months of increased online shopping due to the pandemic, social media companies like TikTok, Twitter and Snap Inc. say they are going to launch in-app shopping features like virtual try-ons, in-app retailer browsing, and more. At the same time, guest Rob Caucci, co-founder and co-CEO of supply chain logistics company Fillogic, says brick and mortar stores are making a comeback. Caucci also predicts that current supply chain bottlenecks will last until 2023.
