One hundred years after the first woman was elected to Congress, a new wave of women is looking to once again change the American political landscape. Stephanie Schriock, President at EMILY's List, says that more than 30,000 women have approached the organization about getting into the running. They are running for all types of positions from the local level to the national level. Laura Brounstein, Director of Editorial and Business Development, weighs in on the role media has played in getting women to run for office. Across party lines, she says, people are expressing their concerns.
