He isn't teaching viewers how to shop for the best bargain, but he's providing some expert tips on lugging your groceries from the car into your home. "So when we talk about posture, we want to squeeze our thumb around that bag or whatever we're holding. We want to stand up tall, bring our shoulders back, and chest up proud, right? And we want to squeeze our core when we're walking," he said.
