If a global health crisis wasn't enough, the year 2020 is ruining one more thing for us - snow days. As snowstorms hit cities along the East Coast this week, many schools that are already learning remotely had a normal day of school, but some districts decided they still want to give the kids a day off. Dr. Bondy Shay Gibson, Superintendent of Jefferson County Schools in West Virginia, got cheers on social media for giving her district a snow day despite being remote.
