Three people were indicted and arraigned on second degree murder charges yesterday for the death of a one year old who was allegedly exposed to fentaNYL at a Bronx Day care Center day care provider, Gary Mendez, her husband Felix Herrera Garcia and his cousin, Carlito Brito. All pleaded not guilty to allegedly exposing four Children to fentaNYL. Officials say they discovered over a kilo of the drugs stored on top of children's play mats and machines used to package the drugs for distribution in the day care center, Mendez Herrera Garcia and Britto. All are facing federal charges.
