TikTok Releases Transparency Report Following Scrutiny Over Chinese Ownership

TikTok is following other tech companies and releasing its transparency report. It shows how many requests were made by national governments or law enforcement to either remove content or provide access to user information. According to the report, the U.S. made 85 requests for content censorship, India made 118 while China made 0.
