As the U.S. observes Hispanic Heritage Month, TikTok is looking to invest in and promote Latinx creators on its platform through its incubator program called TikTok Latinx Creative. Isabel Quinteros, the director of artist partnerships for the social media platform, joined Cheddar to provide additional details about the program and how the platform’s algorithm intends to help elevate creators. She also noted that during the 10-week program, selected TikTokers will learn about branding, revenue, and community building.
