legendary NFL quarterback Tom brady has won seven Super Bowl titles, three league MvP awards and he is the league's a record holder for career passing yards and passing touchdowns. Well, brady is also scoring off the field with a bevy of successful business moves including his partnership with a car rental company. Hertz Tom brady spoke to me earlier about his latest work. It's been really fun. They've had a great, you know, leadership team there that is kind of pioneering the company into this new amazing fleet of electric vehicles and You know, I spoke to them about 18 months ago, two years to 18 months ago and decided we want to work together. You know, we've had a couple of cool campaigns done some a few production days and and uh had some great digital content, social content that people have really enjoyed. So I had a lot of fun with the campaigns but mostly just proud of the work we've done together in creating amazing awareness about um hurts his kind of pioneering their, their social and and environmental kind of responsibilities. Well I did read that you are an E. V. Driver yourself. So I have to ask, what do you like about the field and the ride of an electric vehicle. The best part is parking it, you know, because you pull right into your garage and you plug it in and you never have to go to a gas station and you know, you feel like every time you're in it you're in this amazing piece of technology and you know, the software updates I think every time you get in, you feel like it's something new and it provides a great experience. So I've owned E. V. S I'd say for the last eight years and uh, and my wife and I love it. And you know, I think partnering with hurts on this and they made a huge investment in E. V. S. I think they bought more Tesla than any company like in history or something they added to Elon must soon to be $1 trillion network or whatever it was that I read about. But um, happy to play a part of that. Well you're certainly ahead of the curve when it comes to driving an E. V. Tom and I know it hurts partnering with you, but also the exclusive rental car partner for the Tampa Bay Bucks. And so tell me more about this. Let's go lounge. That hurts offers bucks fans. I love that, you know, a place for people to go chill in, a place for people to, to see all the innovation and, and all the cool things are happening with heard. So, um, yeah, I love, I love what they're doing. I love our efforts. It's kind of pioneered a lot of different things. Obviously partnered with my favorite team, the Bucks. I mean we're gonna have a great year. Hurt's gonna have a great year. I think if anyone is looking for a team to root for, come to Tampa, enjoy it and we got, we got some good things ahead, it's electric in Tampa, I see where you're going with this one. I know you are an investor in the Cryptocurrency space via your investment in F T. X. We've seen a lot of volatility in that market tom, but certainly you've been able to navigate volatility in your own career over the past several decades. Are you sticking by this investment of yours in FT X as the crypto market does tumble? Yeah, you know, a lot of things have been tumbling lately, so it's not the best time to look at any of our invest portfolios. Um it has been a challenging time in the economy um for a lot of different reasons. I'm sure you guys cover that on a daily basis. So I think part of when things are like this, everyone's got, you know, to reevaluate their positions and so forth. I think for me, I'm happy this is when football season comes and I can focus my attention on my sport and my job and not on my investments. So that is, is very much what I'm looking forward to.
