#TrendCheck: NYC Outraged Over Carriage Horse Treatment, Nicki Minaj Drops 'Super Freaky Girl'

well, we got your friday trend check for you this morning with what everybody's talking about from twitter to tiktok, but we have to start off on a bit of a serious note because there is a video of a new york city carriage horse that is going viral. Take a look, you left, get up. It's just so horrible to watch the exhausted horse collapsed earlier this week during rush hour. And this sparked a huge backlash on social media with animal rights activists as well as onlookers at the scene yelling at the driver and outrage over his treatment of the animals saying, come on, come on, get up, get up. Well, the horses now reportedly fine and in good condition, but hopefully this incident brings awareness how harmful to animals these tourist attractions can actually be. You know, Shannon, this is something that's been being fought for years and but 15 years ago, when I worked at the Associated Press mary, Tyler moore rest her soul and this gentleman I worked with Lincoln Karen actually started the initiative to stop having these horses, you know, do this carriage rides in new york city, It's inhumane.
