Dude, I'm not dad, are there any other biopics of people that are having passed away. I mean the john one Rocket came out, you know? I guess maybe that's about it. J what do you think you think you can pull this off? I think Millie bobby Brown is a talented exception actually, Emmy goes to prove. I mean, the fact the material is obviously there, but like Brittany said, I would feel very uncomfortable to having someone else tell my story when I couldn't even tell my own story when I'm very much still here. It's a little like a cash grab. But then wouldn't you be on set? Like Madonna's biopic is coming on set all time. I feel like he would have more control. I mean, maybe Brittany would have greater control over something like this, but as jay said, Brittany hasn't even really been able to tell her story, Britney has only been post think about this on her instagram because she finally, a year ago just got free from her conservatorship. That's the only way I would want to hear this type of story as the person still alive question guys, do you think Millie bobby Brown can pull off the Southern accent? I think sex appeal though, you know, she's got that I just need to watch enough Stranger Things I have and I'm like, I still see her, No, that's my problem. Her loss. Oh God, the issue here is, it looks too real. It looks exactly like they did a great job mimicking this. They did. I mean, they have the endless amount of funds to be able to do it, but I don't know, it's just so messy, you know, it's just about to hurt men over relationships going out and you know, trying to like gain a little bit of publicity over, I mean, did you see what's in the album? Have any of you listen to it? Yes, and I love drake and I have been 21 savage have been playing on each other's records for so many. It was good to have them both do an album together, I guess. I just don't understand from Conde Nast perspective why you would want us to. I think everybody assumes that this was not a real vocal and I thought it was like, I wonder if this has more to do with the lyrics against Megan the stallion that came out and people are offended by those lyrics and now they're like, okay, well now it's seen in a negative light. So we have to jump on this and they're talking about $4 million. Yes, Yeah. This is not a lot of money. Yeah, This is not something very small. And look, everybody knew what the NPR NPR tiny desk, the snL spoof all these other sorts of things they were doing that none of this was real press or publicity. It was different. So I just, I guess I just don't get why you would want to sue because I guess, I don't know, category is world leaders, y'all and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, you better work. Yes. Trudeau making drag race her story as the first world leader to appear on a drag race franchise. The Prime Minister visit is teased in the trailer for Canada drag race. Canada versus the world politicians stopped by the work room to give the doll some words of encouragement. Now we should note the only other major political leader to visit the work room was speaker nancy Pelosi, we should note alexandria Ocasio Cortez has been a judge on the show before and she was like, really glammed up said it was one of the best moments of her life ever threw the first stone, but having a mean major world leader who is currently in office? This is a very big deal huge. Oh my God, I have you watched Canada's drag race by the way? I haven't watched Canada. No, but I think it's it's a really momentous occasion because you need to think, I mean Canada also I believe put forth to ban conversion therapy and that is like a cost nationwide. And that's something that like even the U. S. Has not like left that state. And it just I mean it just goes to show like, I don't know, I feel like its commitment to protecting our community is we need more politicians here doing more than just saying I support this, I support that. But actually putting your actions behind those words and I appreciate that he did that. The only thing I wish and by the way that you haven't shown this in the teaser is if Justin Trudeau gets in drag, I love it. I don't think it's gonna happen. But I don't think we need him in any more customers. That's that's right. That is a good point if you're not familiar with that because he was he had a black face moment. Really really really, really bad Alright. Speaking of politicians, midterm elections were held Tuesday night with several candidates. Making history across the country among them was democrat Maxwell Alejandro Frost who won florida's 10th congressional district making him the first gen z member of Congress. So how does a 25 year old celebrate? Well, like any gens here would by seeing the 1975 in concert, Frost will see the band thursday in the town, he'll soon be working in Washington, D. C. See, All right, I love this because florida, you know, major anything. This is the only highlight for democrats in florida. Yeah, I mean, we keep saying we need younger people in office. I love that there's a 25 year old due to I think that it's very inspiring to get, you know, morgan's ears out there to vote, you know, to push to see that their voices matter. You know, especially when you see someone who looks like you up there on the main stage and not someone who's about, you know, cheeseburger, you have to be excited about the future with Yes, especially when it comes to climate action. That makes, gives me so much hope for the just inclusivity too, I think, and I just hope it takes a front seat, not a backseat and really gets in there to cause change cause sometimes when you're new to the classroom, you know, people are not letting you get those opportunities that you deserve. So I hope it makes a lot of noise and stands up for not only his generation, but everyone in the way, bigger question guys, where would you go for a big celebration? Because Disneyland? Okay, say that Maxwell Frost district is in Orlando. That's what it's gonna be like. I'm going to Disney world but instead I'm going to see the 1975. I don't know both of you guys can do that next year. We will be doing absolutely I'm going to see just drag something we're all going to be seeing soon just days before it finally arrives. Now I saw the film at the new york premiere and absolutely loved it. J I saw I know you saw it because I saw you on social media talking about and following the experience. So what did you think? I loved it? I cried I can't even count the amount of times I tried. I thought it was so transform it is so breathtaking to see Black Unity on screen all across worldwide to see the amount of healing in that movie. I just it was it was truly Mark and the gravity of it given the fact that Chadwick Boseman dies and you're sort of celebrating his life not just in his real life but also his character's life as well. They did it so tasty. So tasteful you could tell the heart the meticulous detail. the execution, the soundtrack. Yes, everybody's still getting the Rihanna feels for. So you mentioned obviously the review is glowing right now in 94% on rotten tomatoes over 90% on metacritic as well and it's charting at about 175 to $180 million opening. This is not more right and that's on the low end. It can easily over go $200 million this weekend. I hope it does. I'm taking all five of my family again this weekend. So we're looking forward to your family excited or your kids. Like we got a Tiktok ready. Okay, I'm looking for mama's got moves. That video has more than one million views. You found your niche on the social media platform where you have nearly two million followers. Why do you think your content has created has connected with so many people? I think that it is very that my followers love to see black success. They love to see black lifestyle luxury storytelling and they love to see that from relatable perspective from the perspective of you know, coming from a single parent, you know, coming from when you only have one person rooting for you and seeing that all that faith and all that manifestation and prayer amount to something, I think the authenticity I think is real for people can feel that, you know, recently we have Olivia Coppola on and her parents say that they don't really understand what this influencer stuff is because they're not influenced by her. But it seems like your mom gets it. What does she think about all that, your social media thing? She loves it. I mean, she, I mean she is, we actually didn't even film that video together and she's actually back home and I thought of it, she came in for a second and she went home and I thought of it. I was like, you need to shoot in the target and and we're gonna like make it look, but you can see the targets look very different to the videos, new york targets are nothing compared to suburban targets back in the south. Um yeah. And you've also made, you know videos in which you discussed the challenges of being a full time content creator, which we should know is a lot of work to do this. So for those who are interested in creating content, what advice do you have for that? I think my biggest advice could be to focus on storytelling and billing the gaps on Tiktok because it's so oversaturated now filling the gaps where you see space needed, what stories do you feel aren't being told what tutorials or what steps aren't being, what are people looking for? You know, the Tiktok is already trying to generate into more of a search engine. If you look on Tiktok videos now, you can see, they're like the key words of what is being searched. They're trying to target like google And so what are people searching? What are they looking for? Um, I really think Tiktok is gonna almost absurd google as the new search engine of the millennial. I, I could really see it. That's good news for you. By the way, we mentioned the challenges of the job. But what's your favorite part about being a content creator? Um I think my favorite part has to be setting my own hours. I do gotta, I gotta, I am such a creative. I like to work in the wee midnight. Like I like to work through the night and sleep during the day a little nocturnal I guess. But like I love that I get to be able to do that. And like my own schedule and how many hours a day would you say you do spend on social? I used to say, I used to say like eight or so to be safe. But then I took my screen time, it was like 14 hours, which by the way makes a lot of sense because charli, d'Amelio and her sisters show their screen time once and it was about that time as well. You also do boogie check ins every week? so we want to do a check in. How are you today? I'm great. How are you doing? Well, what is that? What? You just gotta get the whole check in. The check ins are really an external part of myself. That's what I try to do. It. Part of myself, I'm talking to myself to speak myself up. So it's like, you know, it's a confidence thing, it's a mindset thing. It's a mindset shift to make sure that we're set for the week to take on every day's daily challenges when you get the tips because I was like, oh yeah, I'm gonna do that. So I'm like, so when you along on this, do you ever see maybe you coming up with your own checking journals down the line? So that's a good idea. They keep asking my community keeps asking for it and I told them that like I'm definitely interested in. I just want things to come out. Like, you know, there's a certain way I want it to be right. I don't want it to feel like I can give me one of those five minute journals. I've yet to open it up, but it's clearly a thing.
