Yeah, Now let's get to tonight's trending topics are discussions will be timed and you'll hear this ding right there when we need to move on and you'll always know what we're talking about because check it out there right here over my shoulder, that's pretty much everything we're obsessed about and netflix has broken its own record for number of original episodes released in a single quarter and we need to talk about it. The streaming giant released 1024 episode of original content in the third quarter of this year, that's over five times more than any other streaming service. Netflix also premiered 100 and 59 original and exclusive shows in Q three, That's a new record for Q four of last year, I think it was 100 and 40 something episodes insane, but I think they're focusing more on content than quality. Would you guys disagree here? Let me start by saying I would love to be in plenty of stuff. Yes, especially Hastings please. So start with you know, great stuff, love what you do. You also say, you know, I think there's 800 episodes of tv that nobody watches that they put out and then 300 that do get caught, but it's a lot of stuff they're putting out and still my kids, like we don't know what to watch, there's nothing, it's overwhelming. But the thing that's so interesting is netflix is now said that they actually want to pull back on some of the overwhelming and amount of content and focus now on the quality, but obviously it hasn't happened just yet. But look they do have some big bangers out there that kids say Jeffrey Dahmer we just talked about now, number two most watched show Bridget in Stranger Things also really well, but now, you know, then you get some random stuff that is in there now watching like a food competition series with Antoni from Queer eye where they're making things out of an easy bake oven. It's an easy bake oven that they're making these things out of your. Number one, go to netflix show Stranger Things, it's great. But I also like to go to the fifth line of new things and just see what shows are dying to see what's dead. Meanwhile we have Azadi alert to tell you about Danny. I know you're an expert on this Christopher meloni. He's opening up about his daddy status, the law and order start telling people magazine he's enjoying his second act. He says, quote, it's great. Well, one, uh would you believe I do not work out naked, embarrassed about myself because I'm jewish. But then to um and more importantly, yeah, no, I I am not. I mean am I old enough to be? I have to explain this to people. It's a sexy daddy if you like, you know an older man who is very sexy like chris meloni. So I'm getting there. I could, I could, I could when you become a daddy, you will be as adding that grandpa status. Ready? I don't know, I don't know 30 year olds that look like this, but I think we're doing squats completely in the nude. So of course it was playing on it, but it was a lot of good for him, the confidence to do that. But he is having a career resurgence right now. I mean, he is everywhere dung it is time to move on and meanwhile it's about damn time lizzo revealing via instagram that her documentary love Lizzo will hit HBO max november 24th Riding. Finally telling my story my way. Now the doc will explore the singer's trailblazing career from humble beginnings to becoming one of the biggest stars in the world. Are you a fan Danny and do you have a favorite Lizzo song? Love Lizzo big fan, certainly both both a fan of lizzo and afraid of her fans would never say anything negative. I do feel as if I've heard her story before. I feel very confident about her story. So I'm curious what this story tells that. I don't already know because I know her story. I feel like very well, don't we all know her story she's telling it from her perspective. Her way interesting is we've seen a lot of these musicians do these documentaries. Olivia, Rodrigo's dun dun one Bieber's done one. So it's almost like it's like if you're a musician you have to have a documentary that goes with all of this. I mean I guess now we've seen your stand up. Why don't you just do a document making? Have you ever thought about doing it? One? We well for this special because it's a weird one. We are genuinely gonna put something out in a couple of months about how we did it behind the scenes. It was a nightmare. And you approach doing documentaries maybe different than you would anything else because you have a camera crew following you around all the time. Like you're a real housewife. I mean yeah because yeah, well I start immediately like causing fights. I start flipping things. I cruise following you around. Yeah, just start yelling and screaming. This is why this would be a good documentary. I will just netflix. It'll be great and the next story is via the new york post but we're gonna do it anyway, according to the paper, no one is safe from being canceled. Not even emojis. Yeah. So the widely used thumb, emoji is now a thumbs down for jen's ears who say using it is rude and hostile. Some recipients of the thumbs up even say they feel attacked whenever they see it used in the workplace, believe it or not, older employees say they use it to signal approval. I guess I'm an older employee. I didn't know this was a thing. I signed a thumbs up all the time. All the time. Danny, thank you, disagree though you disagree. So no, I don't disagree. I asked yes. Our resident gen Z producer will, if this is true and he said it's 100% sure. The other thing that apparently jen's ears do not like is when you're responding to them and you, instead of saying, okay, you just do the letter K. That is another thing that drives jen's ear is crazy. I'm all about the Greaves guys know, nobody cares. That's a, that is a fake thing that is made up. This is a fake story, fake news. This is not, can also the word canceled here is insane. I don't like the word canceled here. This is just not not being used as much. Well, so will basically said using the thumbs up is almost like using the middle finger, if there's literally a middle finger. Emoji, you have that option if you want to do that, but maybe if you give them another emoji, like maybe the eggplant or you know, something else. I'll go around an eggplant. Sometimes parents can't help but laugh at their kids. Cara Woodhouse introduced her son to lemons and you can see where this is going. Look at this. So you liked, it doesn't like what's something you guys maybe liked, but now you didn't like Danny. I mean off the top of my head, I'm gonna say Game of Thrones is losing me these, you don't like House of the Dragon. I'm trying to get into it. It's not the same. We do a lot of talking about people that aren't in the room with us. It's so much people in rooms being like that person who's in a different place. Let's get very specific and I'm like, who are we talking about? There are a lot of character. Is it really dark for you? Also I feel like every time I watch game of, I have to turn like more lights, I'm an Oz guy. So to me, I'm like truly you can't go darker than that show. So I love, I love dark. Not the themes. No, I'm talking about the lighting of the literal lighting, the liberal lighting. That is, that's a great point. There's a lot of candles in the middle ages in the castle. Okay. What about you guys?
