Ted Ligety, a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist in alpine skiing, talks about defending his medal at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in South Korea. Ligety discusses his health in the last year after suffering a severe back injury following his World Cup victory in 2015. He notes that he is feeling well and is up to the task of defending his Giant Slalom title from the 2014 Winter Games. We speak about going to South Korea in February and whether he is concerned about possible dangers, considering the threats coming out of North Korea. We also speak with Ligety about the potential challenges of skiing in a country with a different climate than the one he is used to.
