The lawsuit seeking to overturn the FDA approval of a drug called mifepristone, and the judge ordered Danco Laboratories, which makes the pill to lay out the reasons that it's medication should not be pulled from the market. The company has until February 24 to do so in anti abortion positions now until the end of the month to reply. Well, the pill is the most common way to terminate a pregnancy here in the us.
