U.S.-China Trade Deal at G-20 Summit Unlikely, says Former Romney Adviser

Ahead of the G-20 Summit later this month, speculation over whether a trade deal between the U.S. and China could be hammered out in Japan is growing. Lanhee Chen, Hoover Institution Fellow and Former Policy Director of Romney for President 2012, told Cheddar that he expects a potential deal would take more time and prove difficult to enforce.
