Tensions between the U.S. and China hit a new high today, after the U.S. State Department ordered China to close its consulate in Houston within 72 hours. Beijing has vowed retaliation, calling the move 'unjustified.' A U.S. statement says the consulate is to shut down, "to protext American intellectual property and Americans' private information."
