Barefoot workers and faked safety checks are behind those tainted eye drops pulled from shelves last month. That's according to a federal investigation. Last month, several big retailers like Target and Walmart pulled certain brands of eye drops from their shelves after the FDA warned using those drops could cause infection and vision loss. Investigators linked more than two dozen brands to the Kill Itch factory. In now the India, the FDA banned more shipments from that factory and is asking the Indian manufacturer for a product recall. Representatives from Klich were not immediately available for comment.
