Virgin Galactic launched its first tourist flight into space today. Three passengers including a mom, daughter duo and an 80 year old former Olympian are going to be on the Virgin Galactic flight. They'll be joined by astronaut instructor Beth Moses, 46 year old Keisha Shaha and her 18 year old daughter, Anastasia Mayers. They won their tickets and are joining in 2021 Virgin Atlantic flights from Antigua to London. 80 year old John Goodwin bought his ticket 18 years ago for $250,000. Wow. The price for a ticket has since gone up to $450,000 and the flight is set to take off at 11 a.m. eastern time today from Spaceport America, New Mexico.
