Investors losing their appetite for shares of Beyond Meat today. After D.A. Davidson initiated coverage on the stock with an "underperform" rating which is the equivalent of a "sell," and set a price target of $130. That's a nearly 20 percent drop from the closing price on Thursday at $161. We spoke to Al Root, Senior Special Writer, Barrons about the potential of the plant based meat market.
