Weekend Weather Forecast 

Now the weather, lots of sunshine for most of the country today with some scattered showers on the way for the weekend in parts of the East and Midwest. Here's a full forecast meteorologist Scott Skov here with your Cheddar coast to coast forecast. Looking pretty good on this Friday. Lots of sunshine in the northeast towards the rocky mountains and towards the north western, the Pacific northwest. So looking pretty good there. But showers and storms over towards Illinois and Wisconsin will be moving on in towards the northeast impacting the Saturday there as we're going to see a couple of showers along the Gulf coast towards Atlanta, Georgia, a little Arkansas, Oklahoma, Topeka and Wichita, Kansas. And then the rocky mountains looking peachy keen, same story for much of the west coast but still see a couple of showers coming off the Pacific down the I Five Corridor from San Francisco down to Los Angeles. More showers and storms are possible coming down towards the northeast. Very hit or miss scattered showers and storms from New Jersey all the way up into New England. A couple more down to the upper Midwest and Great Plains in Fargo. North Dakota coming off of the southeastern coastline and the rocky mountains on your Saturday, Sunday looking like a few more showers and storms, but still lots of sunshine elsewhere across much of the country. And especially for the Pacific northwest, that's where we're going to see the best weather to wrap up your weekend. High temperatures on your Saturday looking like the eighties over towards Chicago, Fargo, New York City. 93 in Washington. Much hotter if you want the heat. Dallas and Houston, Texas. That's where you got to go. 73. Much colder though in Los Angeles and San Francisco towards Sunday. 81 in ST Louis, 78 in Billings, Montana. Much colder. Look at that bur 68 degrees in Fargo, North Dakota. 89 degrees in Philadelphia with more summer as you go down towards the southeast, northeast and much of the southwest into the Midwest as well.
