To kick off this week's episode of "The Long and the Short" we take a look at Tuesday mornings big stock movers. First off are Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, which both reported better than expected earnings for the third quarter. Harley-Davidson, meanwhile, said sales fell nearly 8% in the quarter and profit was down about 40%. We also look at shares of PayPal, which announced its person-to-person payment app Venmo will now be accepted by retailers like Foot Locker and lululemon.
