The Biden administration announced late last night that it's allowing more than 100,000 Venezuelan migrants already in the US to work and live legally here for the next 18 months. This move comes as top New York Democrats argue the city isn't equipped with resources to support the high volume of migrants unless they are able to live and work to support themselves. In a joint statement, the congressional leaders of the Democratic Party Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer and house minority leader Hakeem Jeffries called the decision quote a welcome step forward.
