DraftKings is moving on after failing to seal a merger with rival FanDuel. The daily fantasy sports site is now beefing up its features ahead of the NFL season. Daily fantasy sports legislation has been enacted in 15 states, and DraftKings is continuing to work with lawmakers and government officials to enforce consumer protections.
