Nordstrom is planning a brand new retail concept for brick-and-morter stores. "Nordstrom Local," which launches in West Hollywood in October, will feature services like personal styling and manicures. The "Local" version will be much smaller than the average Nordstrom store, and does away with traditional inventory.
