PWC just released its 2018 Real Estate Outlook. Mitch Roschelle is a partner at PWC, and co-publisher of the report. He tells us why Seattle was selected as the top city for real estate investment and development. Plus, we dig into the list's biggest surprise inclusions: Salt Lake City, Utah and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. One of the report's main findings is that smaller cities are the most attractive for investment and development. Mitch says this is because they're attracting skilled college graduates capitalizing on the "study and stay" movement. Then, we discuss the biggest challenges to the real estate market. Mitch tells us about the four "L's" of real estate - and shocker, none of them are "location."
