There are 206 counties across the U.S. that voted for Barack Obama in 2008 and in 2012, but flipped to Donald Trump in 2016. Thirty-one of them are in Iowa, which also supported Obama in 2008 and 2012, and then switched to Trump. Cheddar's J.D. Durkin visited Jasper County, Iowa, to find out why voters pivoted, and more importantly, whether they would pivot again in 2020.
