Women Accounted for 100% of Job Losses in December 2020

The U.S. economy lost 140,000 jobs in the month of December, giving another signal that the economic recovery is falling backward. Of those jobs lost, the data revealed a staggering gender gap - women accounted for all of the job losses, losing 156,000 jobs while men gained 16,000.
