Three female doctors working out of Harbor UCL A medical center are suing Los Angeles County for ignoring their reports of discrimination, retaliation and sexual abuse from a higher rank ranking surgeon. They allege Doctor Louis Kwong, the head of the teaching hospital's orthopedics department sexually abused patients while they were unconscious. They also claim that when they claim uh complained about his behavior, they were retaliated against demoted or passed over in favor of less experienced men. In a statement, the Los Angeles County Department of Health said they are thoroughly investigating the lawsuit's claims. Huang has been on administrative leave since March of 2022.
