XFL CEO Details Its Comeback Tour Against The NFL

The XFL is getting ready for its inaugural season in February 2020. The league recently announced eight cities that will be home to the XFL's first teams. Commissioner and CEO Oliver Luck told Cheddar the league will succeed because it's "much more knowledgeable about issues with football, particularly brain health," and that there is a "deeper pool of competent players."
