Your Monday Weather Forecast for Aug. 7, 2023

And time now for a look at the weather, rain showers here on the East coast for the first half of the week, triple digit temperatures still lingering down south. Here's your full forecast. Meteorologist Julian, with your forecast update across the United States, we're gonna be expecting quite a bit of activity heading into our Monday. We are looking at a robust low pressure system that's gonna move its way into the North Atlantic areas and even impacting parts of the South is gonna be bringing in showers and thunderstorm opportunities that could not only be strong but also severe throughout the area. We're expecting on to the coastline of the eastern seaboard to be bringing in a bit more of those showers and storm activity to con continue until we get into about Tuesday, heading into Wednesday, looking for a bit more rain over towards the Midwest. But nevertheless, we are looking for more dry spots west coast side and even into the Great Plains heading into our Friday. We are looking for a bit more of that robust showers making their way into the southeast and north eastern seaboard. But nevertheless, we're still gonna be seeing things be rather dry closer towards the Great plains. High temperatures for our Monday. We're looking at the triple digits once again, still for Texas over towards the eastern side, towards Florida. We're looking into the uh mid nineties, especially around Atlanta at 94 degrees with 79 for New York. One of the cooler spots across the United States forecast highs into our Tuesday. Still into the triple digits for Dallas and Houston over towards the West coast though 65 degrees for San Francisco and 82 for New York. So we're going to see temperatures start to climb just a bit more as we get into our Tuesday. A look at Monday in itself, we're expecting stormy conditions for the northeast over towards the southeast, still holding on to that heat, but storms are going to be raging from Tennessee all the way towards Florida, heading into the Florida portion of things we're gonna be seeing from Tampa into Miami, bringing in a bit of some stormy conditions, but over towards the northwest not looking at that to be the same at all. More quiet conditions. Temperatures are gonna feel pretty good for San Francisco and L A into the mid thirties. But nevertheless, we're looking at a bit more warmer conditions heading over towards Albuquerque into the lower nineties. Now we're gonna be expecting these conditions to stay rather quiet, heading into the West Coast as we get into the later parts of the week
