Your Monday Weather Forecast for Nov. 20, 2023

Time. Now for a look at the weather, temperatures across the country will be colder than normal. Heading to Thanksgiving, it was freezing this morning here in New York. Here's your full forecast. Our meteorologist Julian C writes with a quick look at our cheddar weather across the United States. We're gonna be entering a pattern of cold weather for much of us. We're gonna be well below trending cooler or seasonal. So we're gonna be trending cooler over the next several days, especially for the first day, heading into December. So expect from Thanksgiving onward for things to be on the colder side. Now, as we take a look at what we got for this work week, well, we're starting off many of us on the dry side, but we're gonna be watching for a storm system hitting into the Great plains and much of the Midwest that's going to be bringing that abundance of moisture and impact in the east coast. By the time we get into our Tuesday afternoon as it starts to really stretch its way across much of the eastern seaboard, the further north, just north of New York, we are looking for a bit of that colder air to start to transition that into some snow that'll make its way towards Toronto and for Bangor. But areas like New York, Philadelphia and Washington, we're gonna see abundance of rainfall that could be even heavy at times that will carry in throughout the rest of our Tuesday nights into our Wednesday morning before fully clearing out just in time for Thanksgiving. So if you're planning on traveling, just notes, especially if you're gonna air travel or even for driving, it is gonna be a bit wet to start the week. So if you're planning on traveling for Tuesday or even for Wednesday, on the eastern seaboard and across the eastern seaboard, expect some form of delays for us from the rain or potentially even snow if you're traveling north. Now, as we get to our Friday, we are looking for another system to move its way up the eastern seaboard impacting Philadelphia, Washington and even potentially New York by the time we get into our Saturday and some snow over towards our friends in Colorado. And for New Mexico, here's a look at tomorrow's highs. We're gonna see temperatures into the upper forties throughout much of our Monday and for the further south not gonna be too bad over towards the Dallas and Houston areas in the seventies or as we go into what we're expecting for Florida, looking at temperatures to feel like summer, which is into those middle eighties. But overall, we're still gonna hold on to cooler conditions for much of the northern parts of the United States as fifties and forties will be ruling our Monday.
