Time. Now for a look at the weather, there's some heat down south but temperatures are mild for most of the country and rain showers will be sweeping across the east later in the week. Here's your full forecast. I'm Samantha Audie. With your latest cheddar weather update. Most of us today have nice cool fall like weather, especially across the north and to the northeast and even around the southeast, it's still warm, but it's a little bit better than you have been. We do have the heat in parts of Mexico extending up into California. Today. You are enjoying some nice sunshine. We have a couple of showers moving into the Great Lakes, but really our weather is pretty quiet across the United States today. A few showers here or there. There's not much going on. Things will be changing Thursday to Friday. This front will be developing around the Great Lakes into the Ohio River Valley, bringing some showers and that will meet up with an area of low pressure just offshore. So by Friday, we have rain along the east coast and that is swinging into New England here. This is Saturday. The good news is by Sunday, the storm will start to move out but it is going to get breezy and a little bit cooler. In the meantime, you see some clouds across the south and we are watching a tropical cyclone off Baja California. So that's for late in the weekend and early next week today. Beautiful in Buffalo. Cool at 58 63 in New York City. It's a beautiful day. 68 in Washington DC. Houston today. 82. So warm but not as hot as it has been. 71 in Atlanta. Beautiful sunshine towards Charleston at 73 degrees a little bit. Um, on the warm side in San Francisco today at 82. Enjoy it. Vegas is the hot spot at 95 Seattle to Salt Lake City. Nice weather for you today. It's dry, it's sunny with temperatures in the seventies.
