Your Weekend Weather Forecast for October 20, 2023

Let's switch gears. Let's talk about the weather yet another rainy weekend. At least here in the east coast though. It should be nice in the rest of the country. Plus Texas seeing high temperatures in some areas. Here's your full forecast. Meteorologist Scott Skoff here with a look at your forecast on chatter. We're looking at showers for the eastern half of the country from Indiana, Michigan, Ohio all the way over toward the northeast. This is gonna be continuing to push through the next 24 to 48 hours, giving us a soggy Friday and Saturday. Same story over towards the coast of Florida. Miami Orlando could see some more cloud showers and thunder showers and even that will linger towards the Gulf coast. Mobile, Alabama, New Orleans, but look dry weather behind that system. That's gonna be the case. Cool breezy from Fargo, North Dakota down to Omaha, OKC, Great Falls, Montana and the rocky mountains and bone dry as well off to the western coast near the Pacific Ocean, Medford, Oregon, Seattle all the way down to San Diego. So what are we looking at through Saturday showers will be with us over from West Virginia all the way up into New England. And then yes, cooler breezier air could even see a couple of flakes in the higher elevations in the upper Midwest and then Monday and Tuesday looking soggy for the middle of the country. But then towards Wednesday, look at this, the possibility of the dreaded s where some snow is in the cards for the Northern Rockies. Idaho Wyoming over towards Yellowstone and Great Falls, Montana, much of that and even into northern North Dakota. So yeah, winter is coming, whether you like it or not. Game of Thrones fans. High temperatures on your Saturday, much hotter over towards Dallas, Houston eighties over in Florida. Cooler towards the north and east Chicago, 62 61 in Fargo, 63 in New York. As we're looking at those cooler temperatures north of I 80 as we'll go into your Sunday temperature is gonna be in the sixties up to the north and east. But then we're looking at 84 on Houston on Monday, 87 in Tampa. And then the forties come on through towards Montana. So that cooler air will be across much of the country as we go into the beginning of next week. That is a look at your forecast right here on Cheddar.
