New research from LeanIn.Org and SurveyMonkey reveals that men are pulling back from mentoring junior level women in the wake of the #METOO movement. 60 percent of male managers surveyed say they feel uncomfortable participating in common workplace activities with a female colleague- like mentoring, working one on one or socializing.
