How "Soothe" Is Bringing Pampering Straight to Your Door
Soothe, an on-demand massage app, is expanding nationwide. Chief Technology Officer Chris To says Soothe is solving an out-of-date cost structure problem facing brick-and-mortar spas. Over the past three months, the company has launched services in new cities in Florida and California, bringing the app to more than 50 major cities across the U.S., UK, Canada, and Australia. Chris says Soothe is deliberately staying away from membership model and argues people are willing to pay more if it means a masseuse can arrive within two hours to fulfill a service request.
