Car-rental platform Zipcar is making it easier than ever to start using the service. Zipcar has rolled out "Instant Access," which simply requires new users to upload a photo of their driver's license and a selfie to confirm their identity. Zipcar's President Tracey Zhen joined Cheddar to discuss.
