Congressman Norcross represents New Jersey's first district. One of his top priorities in Congress is passing legislation to halt America's opioid crisis. According to the Congressman, in New Jersey, deaths from heroin and fentanyl overdoses have more than tripled in the past five years. Congressman Norcross does not believe the Trump administration is "coming anywhere close" to addressing this public health crisis.
