Colin Evans, Chief Revenue Officer at Gametime, a mobile ticketing app, joined to discuss how the deal impacts the industry. The deal with the NFL supports Ticketmaster's new attitude of open distribution to enable their clients to sell more tickets. Evans explains how the NFL's partnership impacts third-party ticket sellers like Gametime. As pro sports tickets go digital, Evans says we can say goodbye to ticket stubs. Also, Gametime is working with teams like the NBA's Atlanta Hawks to appeal to millennials waiting until the last minute to buy their tickets.
