But the FDA is now raising concerns over its long term use, according to the FDA studies show it's linked to liver toxicity may interact with specific medications and that it could harm the male reproductive system. The FDA says pregnant women and Children should stay away from CBD oil. Those officials do caution, however, that the agency needs more evidence to determine how much CBD can be consumed and for how long before it could actually harm you. So for right now, the agency has no plans to updated CBD regulations. It's deferring to Congress.
