One Good Thing: Officers Honor Kindergartner Who Lost Father

We know life can be tough sometimes. So we'd like to take a moment to share one good thing happening in the world today. They say it takes a village and it's a well known phrase for a good reason. Riley's father, Officer Zach Coding was a police officer who was killed in the line of duty in 2021. And as he was preparing for his first day of kindergarten, his late father's precinct wanted to make sure he knew he had support. So officers at the Louisville Metro Police Department lined the entrance of his elementary school. So he had a mini welcome committee committee to start kindergarten. This amazing moment we shared on social media with the precinct writing quote, Riley has a great support system in place. He certainly does amazing story.
