And the queen of salsa is going to be featured on the U. S. Quarter. I'm talking about Celia Cruz. She's gonna be the first afro Latina to appear on the quarter. The US men chose this Cuban icon as one of five women to be honored through the 4000 through the 2024 american women quarters program Cruz. She has so many accolades besides being a latin performing icon. She's won five Grammys, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and a National Medal of Arts. Her quarters will be that their design is gonna be released later today. I'm just looking at her. I'm just amazed kristen because I remember growing up listening to this woman remarkable. I hope the spirit of that photo makes its way onto this quarter. Right? It's pretty arresting when you see like whoa I hope all of it shows up the lipstick. Everything I know, I love it. Look I'm all for this party that's for sure.
