Research Finds Opposites Don't Attract

Turns out opposites might not attract a new study on romantic relationships. Found that partners often had very similar views and habits to each other. In the study, couples largely matched when it came to traits like political and religious views, levels of education and some measures of IQ. The research even found heavy smokers, drinkers and people who don't drink were often with partners who had similar habits. The study's author Tanya Horwitz, a phd student at the University of Colorado Boulder even said quote birds of a feather are indeed more likely to flock together and did find that couples didn't match up though with their personality traits, like being an extrovert and they also didn't match when it came to physical appearance, like height and weight. Kind of interesting. Very interesting.
